Contents: This roughly 13 minute (330MB) didactic 'test video' is the first attempt to create a full online learning experience via Homer & Cristina and The Organic Tango School. Making this video taught us a lot of things about presentation and editing. The audio consists of an external mic. While it's easy to understand us there is a slight background sound like we're in a small enclosure. Having said that, this first video has enough content and didactic ideas to be worthy of its small price tag of $2.

2. Leader's and Follower's Enrosques (Advanced)- $10
Contents: This is our second didactic video (of approximately 35 minutes in length, 1GB) for The Organic Tango School. It incorporates several improvements over our first one (The Funny Volcada as shown above). First we use wireless mics to improve the sound quality. Then, we shoot the video in high quality .m4v format (1GB file). We also pay closer attention to pacing and offer a progressive methodology for developing both the leader's and the follower's enrosques. This includes several progressive partner and solo exercises. In addition, we focus on the development and social application of the follower's enrosque as an embellishment. Lastly, we incorporate several leader's variations (including close embrace) and exits (sacadas, ganchos, etc).

3. One Rhythmic Close Embrace Alteration (Advanced) - $6.50
Contents: In our fourth didactic video installment (~20 minutes @ 570MB) we begin the study of alterations. The alteration chosen for this work is one that is used most frequently by Homer & Cristina when they social dance. It's great for navigation and it's a powerful tool to add dynamic (double time or syncopated) energy to your movement and turns. It also gives you more options (besides just doing ochos). Best of all it can be done in close and open embrace positions. While a few properties of alterations are explored, however, this didactic video is meant to show you a beautiful and functional use of alterations without giving away too much theory. If you're more of a practical application type of individual (leader or follower), we highly recommend that you work on this material to build a good foundation and understanding which you can later use for exploring other alterations. 4. The Organic Leader's Back Sacada (Advanced) - $8
Contents: This is our seventh didactic video lesson for The Organic Tango School (~25 minutes, 700MB). The subject for this advanced lesson is the leader's back sacada. We will break down the leader's back sacada into two patterns. The first one develops the organic tango method while the second pattern is a more compact social form that is easily applicable to open and close embrace dancing... As always there will be a strong focus on proper follower's technique. The follower's answer to receiving the leader's back sacada will also be developed.

5. One Social Step-Over Colgada (Advanced) - $8
Contents: This is our eighth didactic video lesson for The Organic Tango School (~25 minutes, 700MB). The subject for this advanced lesson is one beautiful step-over colgada. This is our favorite social colgada because it really fits into the line of dance and into tight spaces as well. It can be initiated from an open or a close embrace. Little secrets for the leader and the follower will be explored all with the intention to provide a solid colgada experience that will be socially useful again and again...
Special Note: We unknowingly had set different audio levels for our microphone inputs. You will hear that Cristina's voice is loud while Homer's is soft. We apologize for this inconsistency and will check to make sure that future videos have balanced audio input.

Contents: We end our OTS Series 2 videos with two Advanced lessons. In this didactic video, Cristina and I explain the fundamentals behind creating follower's forward and (then the often misunderstood) side sacadas. We focus on a basic set-up that allows you to develop the proper lead and follow technique which will be further developed in the follow-up video (Follower's Overturned Back Sacadas - See Below). Special attention is given to the lead/follow 'flow' energy... If you're interested in a thorough introduction to the concept (via a proven method designed to help reduce follower's sacada anxiety/fear), this is the place to start!
